Their wildlife technician, Gregory Evans, did a great job locating the entry point and thoroughly examining my attic, explaining the particulars of raccoon problems and the recommended treatment. He then treated the attic with a scent that would deter further visits, even if a raccoon opened a new entry point - and he custom-made and installed a raccoon-proof cover over the existing entry point, which was a soffit vent that a raccoon had pried off the house while standing on an electric meter housing.
Critter Control exceeded my expectations at every step, and while the treatment was a little pricey, it was well-worth the cost to have the problem solved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company.
These guys are awesome. Shaun and his team provide excellent customer service. They are reliable, punctual and do high quality work. I appreciate that Shaun kept coming to the house until the problem was resolved. He did more than just trap, he found all the places the rats were coming into the house.
