failed to show for the first 3 appts. after deposit of half the price. Finally showed up at 4pm to do entire kitchen installation. While installers were working, manager demanded balance of payment and after I paid, he left. Installers did a VERY POOR JOB! Drawers were hard to open and close and I accidentally pulled the face panel off 2 dawers trying to open them. The honey stain on the oak had an ugly black streak on it. The installers spilled glue on my new floor tile and failed to clean it up. They acted like they didn't understand english but things happened that make me believe they understood my conversations with others in my house. After repeated calls in the following days and threating them with my lawyer, someone showed up and sprayed some lube on the drawer slides. They never fixed the lower kick panel that wasn't installed but left at my home or the black streak in the moulding among other things.

Ultimately everything was okay. Within the warranty of the cabinets, the therma foil was coming off. The company came out and replaced the cabinets that needed to be replaced. After about two years, all the therma foil on the cabinets and drawers came off. I called the company to tell them about it and got a big run around. After about two or three months later, I wrote a letter to the CEO and got a response in a week. We negotiated about the payment and finally agreed to split the cost. They are now replacing the therma foil on all the cabinets and drawers. However, it took another month before the company came out to get the doors. They were not picked up until the first of October. The cabinet doors after many phone calls were finally done and installed December fourth.
