THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEM. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. I HAD MY COMPUTER BACK IN TWO DAYS.

IT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. THEY PROMISED THAT IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT FIXED AFTER THREE TRIES, THEY WOULD REPLACE THE TV. THEY HAVE SENT FOUR PEOPLE OUT AND THEY REFUSE TO EVEN START THE PAPERWORK ON SENDING A NEW TV.
