1. The diagrams he made and the finished product were not the same
2. The quality of work was suboptimal. I felt that he would not listen and would only do what he wanted to do.
3. He took the down payment and then it took forever to get the installation. The down payment was given in august and the cabinet did not get installed until December
4. After all the installations were done I gave him all the money but kept behind 400 dollars because the toe kick came off the kitchen cabinet. The doors for the kitchen cabinet were coming apart but, he would not fix it. Some of the closet doors were not closing.
5. He punched a hole through a painting that he would not admit.
