The job went very well - after waiting 2 days for the rain to let up in Miami. I initiated this job from out of town. I don't actually live at the property, just rent it out. Timely communications were key in getting hurricane "mates" installed for insurance purposes on my front door and garage. Sergio did a nice job of keeping me informed of any delays and progress of his work. Upon completion of the job he emailed the photos of the completed work to me and my insurance agent as proof, I had met insurance requirements, for obtaining the property insurance policy I needed. In my opinion, I'd surely recommend Calleja Shutters to others.

took several appointments before someone came out but Raul who finally came out was very good. I expected them to drill out the thumb screw that was rusted in place and replace that. Raul had to drill a new hole for each rod. They did charge a higher price because of the extra work but it was an extra $30 - reasonable
