Had an estimate from another plumber that said we needed to replace the sewer line underneath a four unit building. He had charged us to run a camera thru and claimed the sewer line was broken. Called Jose Pedrero in for 2nd opinion before spending over 4k and he had me request a DVD of the sewer taken by previous plumber. Took a letter from out Attorney to get a copy of the DVD which Jose told me showed no broken pipe. He rodded out the line (4 unit building) and we have not had another problem.. Saved 4k.
