It was pretty good. He was very professional and prompt getting here. He performed the service right away.

I have used Bimini Breeze HVAC Inc, for the last 5+ years!! And I can't possibly say enough about how delighted I am with Justin, and his service.
In this last incident I contacted Justin (via sms) at around 8am, and got a response in say 15 minutes.
We agreed that we would meet back at my place @ 4pm, and he was already there when I pulled up @ 3:59pm.
He quickly assessed the problem, had the replacement cabling, and was able to correct the problem, in about an hour.
My day ended with a fully functional A/C unit.
In summary
Character: Justin is a fair, honest, understanding, and kind person! Who does not leverage your (A/C))
loss for financial benefit.
Quality: Excellent. I would recommend him to any family member, including my 80 yr old mother.
Workmanship: Excellent. I've never been disappointed with Justin's work ethic. I've never had to clean up behind him!
Cost: I have never had to second guess his estimates; Nor do I need to question the cost of his work.

He is always punctual. He is great. He would come at the drop of a hat. He is very trustworthy. The people I have recommended him to have been more than satisfied.

I have many friends and neighbors how have thanked me for giving them his name. He keeps in touch with us. We think he is wonderful! I trust him, he’s a very trustworthy human being. He’s fair too, he’s not out to take anyone.
