BEST GARAGE DOORS

Called on phone and was quoted price $155 for 1 spring and $225 for 2 springs. I agreed to the 2 spring price for my door (it's good to change them both once one side breaks). Technician showed up on the agreed-upon day, on time. My wife was told our door needed a spring they didn't have on their truck and would need to wait until the next day. Technician showed up the next day just a little bit late. Instead of 2 springs, he put on a single spring and charged a price less than the agreed-upon 2 spring price, but more than the single spring price. This surprised me, so I called... the owner of the company stated that they made the decision that instead of waiting 2 weeks for the original size springs to arrive, it would be better to get my door working with a larger single spring today. He said the spring they used costs more, and if they have to change this spring in the future, it would be the same $195 price, not the $155 I was originally quoted for a single spring. He also offered to order the 2 smaller springs and have them installed on my door for the originally agreed-upon price, but it would be a couple of weeks. I declined their offer. Throughout the conversation, I was skeptical and questioning of their motive. I am sure he felt some anger in my voice. The owner maintained his cool, stuck to the facts, and explained the situation to my satisfaction. In the end, I am happy my garage door is working again. This is the 3rd time I have used this company, and will use them again in the future. They show up, they are competent, their prices are fair, and they seem honest. I could not ask for more. If your situation ends up costing a little more than what they say on the phone, I would trust that they are not trying to upsell you.

I called them and they came the next day and were very efficient, had the tools and supplies needed, and leftwith everything working properly.

They did a good job and they were very thorough. They had a 24 hour emergency line also if you had any problem.  Though I do not recall specifically the price but it was not something where I feel any lingering resentment about their charge.  I feel that their price was fair.  I will use them again.

They showed up as scheduled and performed the work in a timely manner. I had to wait a few days as the correct size spring had to be obtained, but once it came in they installed it. I have had to have it adjusted a couple of times since it was installed in 2004, but only had to pay for the second service call. I thought the price for the spring was fair and not as high as I had expected.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING THE BROKEN PANEL IN MY GARAGE DOOR. THEY GOT ONE THAT MATCHES THE OTHER PANELS PERFECTLY. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THE GARAGE LOOKS SUPERB NOW. THEY STAND OUT FROM ALL THE OTHER GARAGES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD! BEST GARAGE IS A WELL ORGANIZED COMPANY THAT WILL DEFINITELY GROW!
