Beautiful Mailbox chose to send us a hinge for us to repair our own mail box, rather than coming out to repair it for us. The hinge did not fit the mailbox; so they asked that we send pictures, and they would call us right away. We never received a call! When we called them back a few days later, they had not yet read the email with the pictures!! Then (you wont believe this) we got an email from them saying "we did not send you the wrong hinge, you have the wrong mailbox"!! Needless to say we cut ties with this company!!

Terrible. they advertise to work in the area but do not and didn't even seem apologetic. Took 3 calls to get someone on the phone. He did not return any of my calls.

Well I am not happy at all ! First of all I had to drive to their place to make an order because they never answer their phones! Second they did not follow my instructions as far as the look of the mailbox and installed something different! The person who installed said if I was not happy I could call and they would exchange! It has been a week , dozens of phone calls and emails and I can't get in touch with this company!

The installation was done very quickly, I didn't even notice they were here. The mailbox was ready in record time, took all the debris, I barely noticed I had a new mailbox until I actually went to check my mail.
