Carpet Installation
I have sent them numerous emails requesting a quote for additional carpet for the same location. One would think that they'd jump at the opportunity to provide additional materials which profit them. I've repeatedly called and emailed. Finally, after weeks of my persistence, I was sent a quote. It made no sense to me so I phoned back the person who issued the quote. She too appear confused and said she would call right back. That was days ago and no response. I guess I will just order on the internet.
We manage 27 properties and they are well-aware. One would assume that they'd value that buying power and would provide us stellar service. Wrong.
