Americo came with samples and excellent advice for the choice of color and style. He returned on the day of install with 2 helpers. They were a little late, caught in traffic, but both the office and the team called to let us know. The installation was quick (1.5 hours), exactly where we wanted it, and cleaned up afterwards. Americo explained clearly how the latches work and was very professional throughout.

They arrived on time in order to provide me with a quote. The amount was reasonable and Amerigo from Baby Guard was willing to work with my tight schedule. However, when scheduling the day of work, they made an error. If I had not called, they probably would not have shown up. Fortunately Amerigo was very responsive and apologized for the mix up. He was able to quickly get the items completed in the warehouse and then installed the fence later that same afternoon. He also gave me a small discount for the error on their part.
Overall, good quality work and responsive to their customer's need and schedule. I would definitely recommend. If not for scheduling mix up, I would have rated Excellent.

Americo was punctual for our appointment. He got to work and installed the fencing in the custom beige/brown color combination that we had ordered. Very professional and he cleaned up any debris left over from the install. Highly recommend him as I had paid more money for my previous pool fence, which I only had the choice of a black color.

I call the office and received an appointment next day. The gentleman was very nice and polite. He was very knowledgeable!!!! He show me all the different color available and help me pick out the right color for my pool. The install was completed within few day
In a very short time. The price was a little higher than all the quote i receive but the quality of the fence is worth it. Highly recommend this company. Awesome customer services.
