The owner of this small company was gone the most of the time getting supplies that he should have already had with him. He should have been there to supervise one of his workers that was doing a poor job. They used leftover warped plywood to replace the rotten plywood under the tiles. They used PT wood to replace a small section of the rotted fascia board which I specifically asked for cedar wood. The PT wood they installed for part of the fascia board is not the same thickness as the existing cedar wood section. The wavy rubber stuff that goes under the roof tile along the edges of the tile was ripped out in pieces and reinstalled when they were done. I saved about $200 by going with this company instead of the others that I had gotten quotes from. The kind of work they did should have cost me half the price. The only good thing that I can say is that they did match the new tiles to the existing roof tiles pretty well and it looks good from far away.I had to call the company back out less than a week after the repair because the roof leaked again in the same area after a bad rain. I have included pictures of the repairs that they performed. I expected better results after paying $1,200. Their response to my dissatisfaction was that "it's just a roof". Unfortunately, it's at the very front of my house near the front door.
Description of Work: I had a roof leak in the front of my house.
