However I would like to know if you are unhappy for what you paid for the service rendered already or for the estimate/quote I gave you to replace the air conditioning system of your rental property. If that was the case, I think is not fair to be rated as an over priced company when I don't know if other competitors would give you the same quality of Equipment, materials and service that I would. So, back to my current situation. After Ivan came out on Thursday evening around 6PM (He again, worked with me on timing due to my work schedule) he rushed EVERYTHING to be ready on Friday afternoon. I couldn't believe how committed he was to helping me replace the unit as soon as possible. He even negotiated on my behalf with my building to allow elevator access due to it being an emergency. Ivan came in with another repairman and switched the unit out. He even vacuumed and CLEANED up after! I mean seriously, most companies just trail dirt around your apartment and don't have a concern in the world about it.
I have already recommended this company to a few friends, living in Miami during summer AC crisis tends to happen often.
I can't give enough praise to how professional, reliable, and prompt the service was. Really a FIVE star experience!

"Dr. Angie's List Team, As a new contractor member to Angie's List family of service provider, I'm now taking time to review and comment on my customer's feedback from our services. On this particular case, I must clarify that the customer paid only $76.00 for the air duct cleaning & sanitation of 6 vents. Additionally, he paid $150.00 for cleaning the blower wheel assembly and flushing out the condensate drain line. There is no way any of my guys can do this kind of service in 20 minutes, that is the time that it takes just to set up the equipment before we start to do the work. At Arcon AC, we pride ourselves in providing the best service at a fair cost to homeowners and in this particular case, every service was advised to the customer and approved by the customer prior to execution. Therefore, I don't understand where the fault lies. Arcon AC Inc."
