Job 1:No comments. Job 2: Base on that honesty I felt comfortable having them add additional protection to my home (a side door accordion and site window awning). Also I had them take care of my son's home as well. As well, 3 accordions over 2 doors & front picture window. The owner and several of his employees were professional. Friendly, informative and very honest.

I had a contract with the company calling for re-screening (no structural damage) and removal of an ugly aluminum section around bottom half, probably used to keep dogs from wrecking screen when they jump up. The contract also called for replacement of the patio screen gutter. The re-screening itself went well. However, with the first rainfall, I realized the gutter had not been replaced, it had been patched instead. The company re-patched two more times, but would not honor the part of the contract calling for a new gutter. Patio screen gutters are specialized and no one I spoke to would install one without re-doing the whole job. So I have to put up with buckets of rain coming down through the leaky part of the gutter plus a moldy patio, until I spend several thousands to have the job redone.
