+ -1 moreJob 1:No comments. Job 2: Base on that honesty I felt comfortable having them add additional protection to my home (a side door accordion and site window awning). Also I had them take care of my son's home as well. As well, 3 accordions over 2 doors & front picture window. The owner and several of his employees were professional. Friendly, informative and very honest.
Description of Work: Job 1: Replacing a awning at the back of my home, damaged in a wind storm. The awning was 1 of 3. Another words I have 3 awnings over 3 windows in my FL room. The center one was damaged. Aluminum Express replaced it with an up to code awning. The new awning blends well with the other 2. The first awning was smaller, but still up to code but did not blend with the other 2. In 4 days time, they returned with a larger awning. I will purchase 2 more in the future.($660.) Job 2: They assisted me in replaced a 30 year old awing that was damaged and assessed the fitness of my remaining awnings.($860.)

+ -1 moreI had a contract with the company calling for re-screening (no structural damage) and removal of an ugly aluminum section around bottom half, probably used to keep dogs from wrecking screen when they jump up. The contract also called for replacement of the patio screen gutter. The re-screening itself went well. However, with the first rainfall, I realized the gutter had not been replaced, it had been patched instead. The company re-patched two more times, but would not honor the part of the contract calling for a new gutter. Patio screen gutters are specialized and no one I spoke to would install one without re-doing the whole job. So I have to put up with buckets of rain coming down through the leaky part of the gutter plus a moldy patio, until I spend several thousands to have the job redone.
Description of Work: After Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma, I had my pool patio screening repaired (replaced).
