I AM NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE WASHER BUT IT WAS NOT SPINNING. THE WORKERS FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS WRONG. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
