ACEBO ROOFING CORP

My neighbor is in the process of having his roof replaced by this company. This company hires horrible subcontractors. The subcontractor who removed the roof took over our entire lawn with their equipment and such. I had to tell them TWICE that the lawn was my property and to please remove all their equipment. They sent roof tiles flying through the air and they hit my AC compressor and pool filter pump. Thank goodness there was no damage. Then their asphalt distributor left at least ten heavy containers of asphalt on my lawn while my neighbor's empty two car driveway was only five feet or so away. I can only imagine the aggravation that will ensue when they come to install the tiles. I wish I could put my property in a bubble. Think twice before hiring this company if you don't like to tick off your neighbors!

This complete re-roofing job has a 10 year guarantee. Rotting has developed in a part of the fascia boards. I have contacted the company at least 10 times by phone and also by faxing a letter requesting that this deficiency be corrected. None of my calls nor my fax have been responded to. I got Octavio Acebo on the phone one time and he promised that he would be over in one or two days. That was six weeks ago and the problem has not been repaired.
