The salesperson on the phone was very personable and polite. The workmen were prompt, polite and honest. I say honest because there was one section that did have insulation. The lead man came down from the attic, and offered $100 off which I appreciated. I checked the attic when they were gone and it is filled with insulation way past where I expected it. Overall, I thought it went great!

Arrived first time unable to complete job as patio ceiling was open but collected full money and covered high hats with insulation even though they had written instructions and a map saying not to. They said to call when ceiling on patio is closed and they would return. I called and waited then they didn't come that day when I called they were too far away on another job. I made another appt. for the following week and they came and did all of the work fine without complaint.

The company had to come twice, the first time they came they told me they couldn't put the insulation in properly, because the crawl space was too small. We added 2 more opening upstairs and the second time they came, they were able to blow in the insulation. They were timely, nice and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. WHAT I PAID OUT OF POCKET WAS LESS THAN WHAT I HAD ANTICIPATED PAYING. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE.
