Abba Fences

I’m so disappointed with the quality of the fences and the service I received from the owner Carlos. There hasn’t been a storm in the area and the fence is less than 6 months since it was completed but as you can see in the images the solder was only applied on one side and the fence came apart. I contacted Carlos regarding the issue and he had me wait 4 weeks with me reaching out to him constantly to get a response. Ultimately he never came and stopped replying to my text messages. If you read this PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Not only did they do a mediocre job but they can’t even fix their own mistakes. I’ll have to hire a professional to come and redo the whole gate. I’ve reported Carlos and his company to the better business bureau.

Carlos who sold us the products was very knowledgeable and honest. He was very professional and the workers were on time and we did not have a problem at all.

i called this company for a an estimate, explained the description of the job and never returned my call. left messages and never answered the calls. It seemed that closing out a fence was a small job, so why bother.

An appointment was made and no one was ever showed or called.

Our back property fence was rotting out and in need of replacement. Having had prior bad experience locating a fencing contractor in Miami, we did some research online and came across a number of positive references for Abba Fence Corp posted on Angie's List. Carlos from Abba Fence showed up to provide us with an estimate and was quick to identify a number of potential challenges that had to do with the location of the neighbor's wall as well as an oak tree on the property line. The company was able to craft a creative solution to the issue, amazingly without a break in the new fence line. Once the permit was issued, they were able to remove and replace the fence in less than three days, which given the craftsmanship involved, the quality of the materials and the attention to detail, was in itself amazing by Miami standards. Following inspection and approval of the new fence by the Shores' building inspector, the Company even went to the extent of replacing a number fence panels that had cosmetic issues. We will definitely use Abba Fence Corp again and have since recommended them to our neighbors as well.
