1-800-GOT-JUNK? Florida S.E.

Nate responded the same day with a quote for $198. But, while trying to coordinate a pickup date and time, I found that the 1-800 (Canadian) number listed was not the number to call. The person who answered thought I had the wrong number. Later, was able to contact Nate (Hialeah location) to arrange for pickup. The team that arrived was punctual, fast, and efficient.

They were wonderful and careful.

The Got-Junk duo arrived on time even though they initally got lost looking for my building. They were very professional explaining the prices and quickly and calmly removed the sofa. They did an absolutely great job with the entire process. It was very seemless, and they charged less than all the other movers that I had previously called. Thank you very much for your services!!

the price quoted on the telephone was not accurate. it cost me $200 more.

Fantastic. called, came next day on time and completed job as requested.

I paid $134 which is their minimum.

Everything was great, except that The people were late. They were responsible however about calling us and letting us know when they would be arriving.

OK, but they would not honor my $25 Angie's coupon. Instead, they gave me $10 off.

I used an Angie's List coupon and was impressed with the quickness and efficiency of this company. I will use them again to remove junk and other unwanted items from our house and garage.

No other company I called was available on such short notice. But this company sent two nice gentlemen who met my realtor at the house, and very quickly and politely got all the old junk out of the house, put it in the truck, charged my credit card over the phone, as I was halfway around the world. I would use them again. Just one thing: They were supposed to come between 9 and 11, but instead they called in the morning and said they wouldn't be there until 2 or so. This kind of stressed me out. But they did do this at short notice, and they did a great job, and I tipped them. I would still give them an A overall.

They were great. Called to let me know they were on way. Explained pricing, look at all the stuff and gave me a price. Removed all the stuff. Even took the bed frame apart. I only had to point out what I wanted taken. They did all the work. They were great.

GREAT! fast response, showed on time!

The guys showed up after confirming the appointment time and calling ahead a few times. They were able to remove all my old appliances, plus a few extra items I had lying around quickly and efficiently with very positive attitudes. I usually don't over tip, but for these guys I did and would be happy to have them back again for more of the junk on the property.

I scheduled the pick up online, they arrive on time, assessed what I had, explained what they could take or couldn't, gave me the estimate on cost to take all away. I accepted they loaded everything pretty quick on the truck. they left my garage cleaned. They crew were very polite and easy to deal with. I was happy with the results. Price overall seems a little bit high but there is no surprises and you can know in advance what to expect. All in all I was very pleased with the service provided.

Everything was easy and straight forward.  I scheduled the appointment on Thursday night for a Saturday afternoon pickup.  They called Saturday morning to say they had an earlier opening and that worked well for me. 
The 2 guys who came were really nice and friendly and I felt comfortable with them immediately - something that is important to me as a woman living alone. They had great communication skills and explained everything they did ahead of time.They were very efficient. Gave me an estimate right away that I agreed to and it took them less than an hour to remove everything. They were careful about not scratching up my walls.
I would highly recommend this company.
