The service men are very good and found out what was wrong with the units. However 7 weeks have gone by and I have not been able to schedule the repair. The secretary keeps promising to email me a quote and she never does. They have had to come out and put Freon in again and charged me $200 but still cannot get a price to fix the units. Unfortunately as much as I like the service men, the company is impossible to deal with. Extremely unprofessional and I will look elsewhere to find a more responsible company.
