Scott was courteous and responsive. He understood our goals and was diligent in helping us achieve them. Whenever anything needed to be readdressed, there was never an excuse. It was immediately remediated to our satisfaction. This is the essence of professionalism and pride. We definitely recommend Southern Pride Construction and would use them again.

What I paid was to much 4 the [redacted] I did not get what was said I . I got a half [redacted] job and when u call them they didnt call u back. After there done got ur money. Would not tell any one to use them

Great people, lack quality and pride in their work. Our shower walls and floors look warped due to the way they installed the tile - not sure if they own a level but definitely did not use one. Within 3 weeks of the job being completed the closet bi-fold door fell off due to being completely split on the bottom where they installed the hardware, also have already had to call a plumber out to repair the leak that was happening since the time they installed the new shower head. Had to request they re-do tasks multiple times due to not doing them correctly to start or each time they attempted. The guys that did the work be super nice as well as the owner, but should definitely take pride out of the company name. I had looked forward to this project for several years and am very disappointed with the results. Definitely ask to see pictures of previous work and also do you your homework to check all reviews available.

Sadly, this was a terrible experience. We had termites and had to have our master bath completely gutted and remodeled. Scott projected 2 to 3 weeks to complete the project, but unfortunately, the guy he put on the job only showed up about 3 days per week, and even then for shortened hours - maybe 11:00 - 3:30. He had so many different excuses that you could not keep track of when he was actually working. When we hit the end of 10 weeks, we asked Scott to assign a different worker, which he did. The second guy spent the first 4 days fixing what he said the first guy did incorrectly. And again, the time dragged on and on for several more weeks. And, unfortunately, the quality was unacceptable. The texturing of the walls was atrocious and the patchwork on tape lines the worst I have ever seen. We thought for sure he was going to sand something down and smooth it out before he painted, but did not happen. He painted right on top of the mess he had made. So, we eventually let Southern Pride go and paid someone else to finish the job. This ended up being an $11,000 job that looked worse and took longer than had we done it ourselves.

Southern Pride was very good to work with, they provided renovation to my homes Kitchen and Bathrooms. Love the renovations, would recommend for any remodeling work. I am very satisfied customer.

They removed the existing fiberglass shower and replaced it with ceramic tile and enlarged the shower by 30%. Did a great job except the installer did not angle the entrance to the shower to drain back into the shower area, so water leaks on the bathroom floor. Installer came back and tried to fix, but glass wall and door was already installed, so he couldn't do it. I will have to raise the door 1/4 inch so I can install a little dam to block the water from spilling into the bathroom. Overall though, it looks great

Fantastic service. Did exactly what we asked for in a timely manner. Asked them to come back for a few adjustments, and immediately responded. Cheerful, friendly staff. Love the look of the fence

Scott was great to work with and even provided ideas to improve the layout of the fence. Doug and Chris did a great job building the fence and were very friendly. REVISED: It has been almost 1 1/2 years since the fence was installed. They were supposed to come back to bring and put on the handles for the gates but never did, I had to go to Lowes get them and do it myself. The double gate they built has broken, they did not use proper frame and supports for a wooden fence and the hinge has snapped completely off. I can no longer use that side of the gate. I am very disappointed with the quality and no follow up. Scott and his crew were nice but now I know to hire a fence company and not a general contractor.

Scott and crew did a terrific job. Very professional.

Started with a modular fiberglass shower enclosure, and ended with a beautiful, walk in, porcelain tile, Roman shower.

Explained what needed to be done over the phone and they knew exactly what and how much the estimate would cost! Did a great job and would hire again if needed! :))

We were very pleased with the quality of their work and the timely manner that it was completed. We will definitely use them for any future work that we would need done.

I want people to know this company is great. I had 2 storms that caused minor damage to my Fench that was in stalled & I called them both times to make repairs & their response, work & professionalism was awesome. My experience with them was great & I would refer & use them as often as needed.

Honest trustworthy and paid attention to the needs of the individual customer. Fine tile work in installing a walk in shower and custom base. Excellent Sheetrock work and in matching my existing texture. Showed up on time unlike others in the trade. They surely showed Southern Pride in their work!
