I requested a quote by email on 10/16 to move an interior wall in my garage. Never received a response.

This company was hired by my contractor to supervise and perform the work of our renovation in his absence. He (our contractor) had unexpected surgery with a lengthly recovery. We did not pay this company directly. They were paid by our contractor. DLS workers (father and son with an occasional helper) were professional, prompt and cleaned up following each project. They kept me informed of what was to happen next and how to prepare e.g. when to clean out the pantry before they painted and put in new tile. They arrived at the agreed upon time each morning and worked the entire day, every day, until the project was finished.

Dale was the on-site problem solver many times during this project. Several of the kitchen appliances were installed by him as part of our contract with the general contractor. He handled several installation issues based on his experience. He paid attention to detail. He communicated with us, the homeowners, about what was scheduled next, which subs to expect next and when to expect them. He wanted to be called if subs showed up to work before he arrived in the morning. As the one in charge of the work site, he kept cleaning up after the subs and hung plastic barriers etc. to keep down the construction dust in the rest of our home. When black mold was found in one of the walls in our kitchen, he immediately advised us of the hazards and took action to minimize the effects of it becoming air borne. He took pictures before removal for our insurance company.
