Solicitor banged on door and rang bell like it was an emergency, not wearing or carrying a mask then argued about leaving, that he was doing me a favor. Continued to yell at me from the street. Called the office, and they were polite, but uninterested. If the first contact with the company is this bad, why would you hire them?

They took my call right away and made an appointment for the next day.. A fella named Danny came out he was very professional and polite and very likable.. They started on the day they said, and it took them two days to complete the job of 30 square.. Everything went well the job came out perfect and I am very pleased

I was satisfied with the work of the company and I will probably use them again, based on the professionalism of the two workers who showed up to complete the work.  They explained the problem with the roof, that the plywood would have to be replaced and that it would take about half a day to complete. 

The reason for the B's for Punctuality and Responsiveness is that they stated that they would be at my house either on Wednesday or Thursday.  I waited at home on Wednesday until about noon and then called to see if they would be coming that day or not.  Late in the afternoon, they called me back to say that they would be there on Thursday, which they were.  I would have appreciated a phone call on Wednesday, since they stated that they may have been there on that day.

After they arrived on Thursday at about 9:30, they completed the job in about two hours and hauled away the old plywood and shingles, leaving no mess.  While they were there, I was able to ask them about other issues dealing with the age of the shingles and what I could do to repair/replace my skylights.

Their Contract and Warranty for the work performed is One Year.  Overall, I was happy with their work.

Called the office for assistance. They took my name and told me some
one would call promptly back to schedule a time. They did and a time
was scheduled for late afternoon the same day. Then received a call
from the repair man that he was running late and would not be able to be
there that late afternoon but scheduled an appointment for 8:30 the
next morning, (Saturday). He arrived, examined the roof, gave me a
quote to which I agreed and began to work immediately. He was done
promptly and everything appears to be done in a workmanlike manner.

They showed up when promised on Wednesday morning. The first day the work went slow. I called and told the super that I needed to ensure the work was done by Saturday so that I could return to my out of state home. The next day he had more people working on the house and the next day added 2 more men. The work was done Friday evening and looked fantastic. All workers were very professional.

Very prompt , polite and. professional. Beat other quotes by 8000 to 16000 dollars.Househas a 12/12 pitch and I was worried about problems, but all went well. Roofers all wore harnesses and did a great job. After 2 weeks job was completed on time and I have found only 1 nail within 6 mo.
