Light remodeler and installer. I have had rental properties that I have remodeled over the years and a few House flips. Currently I am focusing on replacement of plumbing fixtures... Hot Water Tanks, Vanities, Sinks, Faucets, etc. Being new to Florida from upstate NY I'm hoping I can get my work out there. ***WE DO NOT OFFER TANKLESS WATER HEATERS***

Even though I wasn't an emergency Brad came the next day and replaced the water heater for me. not only did he show up on time he arrived early completed the job cleaned up and headed out. I plan on using Brad for some other around the house things too!! I recommend him!!
