Nikki is excellent. She is dependable, reliable, always on time. Our fur babies were well taken care of. She always provides pictures and updates on every visit. Highly recommend.

We just moved to lake Mary and had to leave our pups 3 weeks after moving in to our new home. Nikki was great and I feel very fortunate that our paths crossed. My dogs took to her instantly and she gave us peace of mind leaving them for almost a week under her care. Her prices are very reasonable, she is very communicative and did more than I have experienced other dog sitters do, like collecting the mail, taking out/in trash and alerting us that our AC was not working properly so that we could have it fixed as soon as we got home (thanks Nikki!). Very professional, truly cared for our pups and our home and I whole-heartedly recommend her services to anyone!

I am so happy I found Nikki at Lux pet sitting. I was really nervous about going away for a week until I met her! I called and made an appointment. She came over to meet my two cats the next day and was here every day after, sending me pictures, feeding and playing with them. Nikki Shugan at Lux Pet Sitting is a total pro - skilled, attentive and reliable. She goes the extra mile to let you know your furry friend is in good hands. Updates were emailed after every visit, often with photos. It’s also clear that she really cares about animals. Robbie, my 12 year old dog, connected with her immediately.
