"I've been in the lawn maintenance business for over 31 years and we've had over 15 customers for at at least 20 years. So doing the general duties involved in lawn maintenance is a no-brainer. This is the 4th customer in that time frame that I've fired myself from. It's unfortunate for both parties that it came to this. I did not charge them for 2 weeks of service and recommended that they hire a gardener instead of a maintenance company, so that all of the pet peeves of theirs could get done and not be rushed. Was surprised at such a negative review two months after we parted ways. Hopefully they have found someone who is better suited to accommodate their needs."
