Their prices are quite good. They send out the same person every time. We have a good relationship with them. They call and let us know when they're coming and they come when they say they're going to be here. We had a problem with crazy ants. We had no clue what they were. They came out and they did research. They went to the University of Florida and talked to them and they found the best way to get rid of them and we haven't had a problem with them since. They went to a lot of trouble to make sure that they found out exactly what they were, exactly what was causing the problem and how to get rid of it.

I called and spoke with the owner. He made arrangments to come to my house on my day off at my convenience. My house was treated professionally and at a good price.

We have used them for a number of years and would recommend them. They are courteous; they always call the night before they come out. They come within fifteen minutes of their schedule appointment time. We also have 3 dogs and he's very considerate of the animals which I appreciate. He seems to be reasonably priced and is very good to work with.
