Don and Ann Riley are very committed to meeting their customers needs. Everything was cleaned exactly as discussed, and they did a very thorough job. Pricing is reasonable. Much better work than another well-known company in the area. Don and Ann are a "two-person" company, and provide the cleaning services themselves which sets them apart from other companies.

Don And Ann work together and do a wonderful job keeping our home clean. They are meticulous. They encourage feedback if something is not done the way the homeowner would like. We have two large dogs that shed enormously and they do a wonderful job getting all the pet hair up. We have been using their services for almost 2 months now on a weekly basis. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our house is CLEAN. With just the two of us here, every other week seems to be sufficient, but that is partly because of the incredible job Don and Ann do. We are particularly impressed with their concern for my spouse's scent sensitivity and how they work with products that do not cause him any problems, while still getting the job done.

We've been using Mom's Personal Touch since June and have been very happy with them. We are always satisfied with the job they do cleaning and vacuuming the house. They are very thorough - if we forget and leave a dirty dish out they clean that too! We recently had our windows replaced and the contractors left sealant on some of the windows and Mom's Personal Touch saw it and worked very hard to get the new windows all cleaned up. They are a friendly and conscientious family-run business. They check in with us consistently to see if there's anything we want them specifically focus on during their visits. We have a detached guest room that is rarely use and they check on it every week to see if it needs any work. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable house cleaning service.

Don and Ann Riley, the owners of Mom's Personal Touch Cleaning Service, are great! They have been very responsive since my very first phone call. They email every week to remind us of our cleaning appointment and show up right on time each week. They have been very accommodating when we've needed to adjust our schedules a bit. When we needed to skip an appointment they were able to work us into their schedule early the next week and when we need them to work around certain areas of the house due to nap times, etc. they are more then happy come back to an area later. Which I know, completely disrupts the flow of cleaning through the house but they are great about it. The cleaning service itself is top notch. We are always pleased with the state of our home after they have come and gone. Like anyone, we have certain things we liked cleaned in particular ways and they are able to accommodate all of our particular requests. Looking forward to their next visit and our amazing clean house which results from it.

They have it down to a method now! They always ask if there is anything I especially want them to focus on.  I've had Don work spot cleaning mysterious carpet stains and Ann did not blink an eye when I told her a bag of spinach had blown up in the microwave! They've got their method down and are in and out much quicker,- but evertything is so nice and clean after they have been here.  Mom's Personal Touch Cleaning keeps me caught up with all the basic cleaning that I would have to to every week. Instead I have time and energy left to go plant some flower bulbs for summer and some great fruit trees for the future

I hired Don and Ann to clean my house bi-weekly. It is the first time I have hired a house cleaner.  I am confident that Don and Ann are trustworthy. Thus far, they have gone above and beyond in cleaning my house.  They steam cleaned my shower and bathroom tile floor, areas that have been neglected for quite some time.  It is clear that they take great care and attention to detail.
