It was a better than average experience. I plan to use them again for our bathroom countertop.

The selection process, due to their supplier, G & L Marble, was poor. Our granite was sold out from under us twice. After our final selection, they came and field-measured. Apparently, their measuring was not good, as there was a large gap in the granite. They gave us $100 credit to have our contractor fix the problem. Then came the sink cut-out. After many eMails and phone calls, we were assured our faucet would fit. Naturally, it did not, requiring us to have the contractor cut out the wall behind the sink, and ISS to cut another small piece of granite. They told us they would install the small piece for $250! I argued that since it was their fault, they should fix it for nothing. Finally, the owner, Brian Worden, agreed to come fix it himself, for no more money. When we tried to arrange for a date, he stopped returning our calls. I finally wrote him a certified letter, giving him ten days to fix it, and he ignored that, too. I had it fixed a couple of days ago, and I am now going to sue them. I would highly advise not paying until you are sure the job is finished to your satisfaction. Shame on me...
