They were recommended by my real estate agent. They showed up and went through everything. I'm a pretty handy guy so I was able to walk around with them and verify everything that they saw. They thoroughly tested everything. They were there when they were supposed to be and spent several hours checking the house. I give them room for improvement with regards to their pricing.
