KEY HEATING & COOLING

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY... Unprofessional. They lack knowledge of HVAC systems and duct design. Left drain lines improperly installed. Tried to install a substandard condenser other than the one I was given a price on. Refuse to communicate with me after they received payment...I have made attempts to contact them to resolve the poor installation but they refuse to fix the issues..I regret hiring them and ask that other people do not. Only thing I will say is that the workers were nice but not management.

Fine - The two techs, Jose and Cesar were proficient, protected our property and cleaned up before leaving.

Smoothly, arrived when promised, explained what and how they were going to do the work, very careful not to damage or bring dirt into our home. Inside and outside looked like they had not been here when they left. Mike and Phillip, the installers worked well together anticipating each other needs and were extremely courteous to us. The new system so far is working as it should.

Great!!! I recently joined Angie's List and reviewed the reviews of Air Conditioning companies in my area and determined that Key Heating and Cooling was the one to go with for the first time. Debbie was the dispatcher who worked with me on a date and time to coincide with my job and called me ahead of time for when the technician was on the way on the day of service. Daniel was the technician. He was very polite and informative and did his Pre-check of my system which mind you is 34 years old. He did not try and sell me a new system right off the bat like other companies have done according to the reviews I read of other companies. When asked of him he gave me preventive measures of what to do at the beginning of each year for the outside compressor. Key Heating and Cooling is my new #1 company to call and I will spread my happiness to others by word of mouth as well.

Family run business! Very professional and punctual. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

I have used these guys for years and they have always been very responsive, professional, and given me fair prices.  Our A/C went out on the hottest days of 2014 - on a Friday, of course, but they got us a new A/C unit ASAP and did an excellent job with the installation.  The City inspector told me that they had done a great job as well, which made me feel even better.  I would highly recommend their services.

They were dressed in a certain uniform. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. They did not drag out the time or anything. They got in and got out. I will continue using them.

My home A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. After researching Angies List, I called Key Heating and Cooling the next morning to come out and look at it. The Tech, Chad, came by later in the morning. He was very pleasant to deal with and very professional. I advised him of the problem he quickly advised what he thought was wrong with it. He went to the outside unit, opened the cover and stated a capacitor was bad. He had the correct capacitor on his truck and replaced it. He tested the system and everything was great. I was very happy the the repair was simple and I didn't need to buy a new system. Chad did a great job and got everything running in 30 mins.
