It was the very best. They were excellent. They did what they are going to do, they come when they said they were going to come, they are fair and overall excellent. We wouldn't have any other plumbing company. He got a really good deal, better than any Lowe's or Home Depot and it was rater at Consumer's Report that they are top of the line. He's just a wonderful person. We got a 50 gallon, state-of-the-art, cheaper than Lowe's and it's wonderful. He's great and a complete gentleman.

He did a wonderful job. We own two houses. My parents live in one, my aunts and uncle and grandmother live in another. We took kitchen sinks and bathroom sinks out of the other house and this house had more use than that house. So Ben came down to this house and he re-installed the sinks from the other house into this house. He did an excellent job. His helper was mannerly, they just did a wonderful job. He was courteous, timely, well mannered, he and his helper were on time, showed up when they should have. They cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient.

Came on time, did a wonderful neat and clean job, just an all around wonderful person, would recommend him to anyone. He's honest and fair and does a professional job!

Ben surveyed the project, described how he would solve a variety of challenges, gave us a very fair bid to do the work, and was very accomodating to a sometimes chaotic schedule, due to other subcontractors (cabinet people).
The finished job was completely satisfactory.

They got the job done and I didn't have any problems with them. They were pleasant to deal with. They did a good job and got the job done on time. They were people you wouldn't mind having in your house. They weren't always as punctual, however, they did get things done by the time they needed to. One guy liked to talk on the phone a lot.
