Rain-Flow of North Florida, Inc. is the oldest gutter company in Gainesville, with many repeat customers and an expert staff in the field. Michael Godwin arrived for the estimate exactly on-time. I could tell that he knew the business well from the way he spoke and the options that he explained. His price was in line with another bid so I engaged Rain Flow to do the work. His crew arrived on-time and did the work efficiently and cleaned up everything. I was not pleased with the appearance of one down-spout so they came back the next day and replaced it to my satisfaction. Then it rained. The most troubling spot on the house is in the rear where the rain just comes down like a waterfall. The gutter and downspout were insufficient to catch it all and water overflowed and dripped into the screened patio. I called Michael and he sent the crew back to add another downspout. He did the extra work at no additional charge. All works well now.
