After visiting furnuture stores from Boca Raton to Fort Lauderdale, I found a likely recliner at another store but salesperson there was not helpful. I looked online for stores that carried the chair I was most interested in and found Wassser's Furniture. When I went there, I met with Jaime Wasser, an owner, I told her of my requirements: a chair that would fit in a small apt,, one that was short enough for my feet to reach the floor when seated, and that had a more traditional look to match our existing furnishings. Unlike the previous stores, she had a much larger selection of the model I was most interested in, each of them made in different sizes. In addition, she checked her database and found that the mfgr. was about to come out with a new version where the depth of the cushion was even shorter and would be more comfortable for us. In summary, she was much more knowledgable and helpful than the salespersons in the other stores. The price was slightly less than the price quoted elsewhere. After I placed the order, she kept me informed when there was a delay at the factory. Her delivery service arrived at the date and time arranged and were very pleasant and helpful.
