This is the most unprofessional, sleazy company I've ever dealt with.  After being a career Army family we were used to lots of moves.  The "head" mover was abusive to the workers and did not do his job.  He spent most of the time yelling in Hebrew on his cell phone.  The documention was not filled out correctly.  When we hired this company they had an A- rating in the BBB.  By the time our household goods were delivered the rating had been pulled.  Our furniture was ruined.  A $2400 massage chair didn't show up.  A chiminea that we had to pay an extra $100 for them to build a special box did not show up.  The amount of damage was overwhelming.  They did not meet the first delivery date.  After many phone calls and finally an email to the so-called owner 'Cliff' our furniture was delivered 2 weeks late. They also left oil stains on my new driveway when they departed.  When I saw the first damaged item (a dining room brand new buffet that was perched upon a rod iron BBQ) the answer from the mover was ' well you have insurance don't you?".  I was furious. It went down hill from there.  Dining room set (Lexington) ruined.  Chairs not just scratched but broken, rungs completely broken off.  We are now trying to fill out the claim form.  I have zero confidence that anything will come of our efforts.  Please let your friends know this company is awful!
