Literally every piece of furniture was damaged, from minor scratches to large chunks of wood missing; they also dented and scratched my professional rolling tool chest. and many of the bins we had with our household goods and personal belongings were crushed and had footprints on the lids where they were, you can see they had been climbing on them. Items are lost and never recovered because they were never actually looked for. I am missing a new generator and two bins of personal belongings. I have called United Prime Van Lines 3 times to inform them that an item not belonging to me was delivered with my shipment. It has now been a month and a half, and no one has contacted me to retrieve the item. You will regret using this company. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra $2000 and have a reputable, well-known company move your belongings. Don?t be fooled, United Prime Van Lines is not related to the respected carrier that has been in business for many years with a similar name.

Danny’s energy and attitude made a huge difference during our move. He was respectful of our home and belongings, and everything arrived without a scratch. He even offered helpful tips to make the process easier. Totally impressed with his work ethic. Can’t recommend him enough.

I called United Prime Van Lines only 1 week before my move - they were extremely helpful and accommodating. On the day of the move we hit a snag, as there was someone else moving on my floor at the same time and we only had 1 elevator. They made the most of it and we moved a lot of stuff down 4 flights of stairs in a timely manner. Trustworthy and competent!

One of the simplest, most straightforward moving companies I've ever used. Planned my in-city move less than a week out, and was able to get both the date and times I wanted. Answered some basic questions to get started -- not a time-consuming questionnaire like many other movers -- and had everything confirmed within a day. Very impressed. Absolutely fantastic and fulfills all expectations. So happy with these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

I was pleased with the professionalism which was demonstrated from my very first contact. The movers came on right time and were prepared with all necessary equipment. It took them just about 5 hours to move my full two bedroom apartment. On the top of everything they quoted me with reasonable price. Management seems excellent. Our quote is exactly what we paid, not like other movers Iâ ve used where they quote a range and always charge you the highest end of that price range. The movers were on time, hard working, friendly, and careful with our furniture - some of it very heavy, solid wood dressers that they moved with care and expertise. We also had an issue of getting a large couch into the basement and it was their mission to problem solve and make sure it got inside - which it eventually did! That definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend, or hire them again in the future. Best experience Iâ ve had with a moving company.

United Prime Van Lines did an excellent job at packing my condo, clearly labelling the boxes (which is key for later when you're trying to figure out where everything is...), and moving my stuff. Their packing estimate was a little under what it ultimately cost, but I had a closet with a lot of loose stuff in it that accounted for the gap. On the day of the move, the team was top-notch. They were detail-oriented and careful with my stuff (nothing broken!). At the end of a very long day and on their way out the door, they took the time to do a quality check and noted that something hadn't been reassembled properly. They then disassembled it and made it right, and I'm appreciative that they took the time to do it, so that I didn't have to. I would absolutely hire them again.

They were on time, on the money relatively and did the job professionally. They actually did some packing which I could not do because of health issue. The sales person came to my condo and gave me a price which was great and relatively acceptable. The movers came in got the job done exactly on the time as sales person said. 0 damages, on the costs and friendly service. What more can you ask for.

We had a short notice move and these movers were able to accommodate us. The crew of 3 movers arrived a few minutes late but finished the move timely.
