Estás compañía es un total fraude no cumplen y no siguen las reglas de construcción en fin no los contrate en mi opinión se roban el dinero y no conocen su trabajo todas esas pos que aparecen son falsas si quieren saber más pasen por mi casa para que vean el mal trabajo y lo incompetente que son los permisos me a tocado a mí actualizar no los contraten nunca Gracias

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Tella Builders LLC was supposed to build a 5x8 bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Contract signed 10/10/2023 with a $1,000 deposit and as of this writing, not even the building permit with the City of Hallandale Beach has been approved. The application to the city was not submitted until March 2024 and it was rejected. It was resubmitted in June and rejected again on June 27, 2024. On June 28, 2024, I sent e-mail communication to the principals asking what the next step would be and have had no response.

I hired them and they did change of contractor quick and try to help me finish the job as soon as possible The owner was responsible and make sure I will not need to pay extra and do what need to be done

Kitchen - Remodel
My wife and I had extensive water damage in our home so we looked on the internet for a remodeling company. We came across several BUT Tella seemed to have what we needed at a price we could afford. Our insurance company refused to pay so everything had to come "out of our pocket." Omer sat down with us and had a great presentation prepared. He also went to the supply houses with us and together we bought what we needed. He was honest and actually interested in our dilemma. Everything was done and exceeded our expectations. After 3 weeks, everything was completed. Omer was with us and available for questions throughout the process ; We highly recommend Tella and Omer. You will not be disappointed.

Tella Builders took our project one step forward they pull permits for the store in less then one month for plumbing and electric . they did floors , bathroom and build a new spa room for us .

Bathroom - Remodel
I found the company through Angie's list. Pro: They were responsive and came out and did and estimate quickly. My bathroom was completed in 2weeks. The project manager was easy to reach and kept an open line of communication. Con: Was hoping for the price vanity or tub was included. But the company works with 3rd party manufacturers to try to give decent prices on supplies.

All I have to say is thank you for your great work its was a long 7 months till we finish the all project after I was supper skeptic in the beginning and didnâ t know if it will be the right company for my work I still go with my feeling on Omer and Ben to do the job and to be honest - The safety protocols they have the huge amount of hours they dedicated to make sure the plans the permit and job will done according to the plans we did . The job looks fantastic and its feel to me that I got lucky its go smoother than I thought so thank you see you in the next project

Tella builders thank you very much for not more then 5 months full project from pull the permit so quickly that including plans and permit approved , the work and the inspection take no longer then 4 month this is amazing for 750 sf addition including bathroom and kitchen extension Omer was more then amazing thanks again
