So helpful with every little detail and always looking out for our best interest. Since we are first time home owners he has taught us a lot and has even called to check on things to see how they are going. Justin who comes weekly to clean and service the pool has been great. Very professional, always timely and the pool glistens!!!!!! I even get an email update when he is done letting me know the details of his visit and when its safe to swim. It also lets me know if there are any issues that I need to tend to.
Overall VERY SATISFIED with Somar pools....We couldn't ask for more from a pool company and we know that when we are ready to redo our pool, we will use Mario and Somar Pools!!

It is true, I was reluctant to start the leak detection process due to the overall condition of the pool water. More so because I don't like starting something that I cannot finish. When a pool is not in a usable condition, often times we need to dive to the bottom for our leak work, and that makes it impossible to thoroughly complete the job because we would have to wait for the pool to be cleaned up before diving. I am glad I was able to fix your problem and am happy that you have no leaks to speak of. I look forward to working with you in the future."
Mario the owner came over personally.
He checked the pump and told me that he did not think there was anything wrong with the pump.
He said that the pump was not receiving the correct electric voltage in order to work.
He suggested I contact an electrician which I did and VOILA!
Mario was correct, there was nothing wrong with the pump.
I switched companies immediately and now Somar service my pool once a week.
I appreciated his honesty. He was pleasant and professional and saved me a lot of money!
