Orkin Pest Control

All went well at first. But after a few days after the spraying, the chemicals started leaking through the ceiling. The chemicals used were suppose to be stain-free. The inspector promised that they will send someone to repaint my ceilings after he looked at them personally. Unfortunately, it has been more than two months and my ceiling are still stained. I called my inspector three times and he has told me his manager would be calling to schedule a time. However, the manager has never called me. To clarify, the inspector has been responsive to my calls/ emails, it is his manager who has not contacted me regarding my complaints.

I hired Orkin to exterminate carpenter bees a wood siding boring bee that eats wood.  They quoted me $375 for the service the rep was late de an excuse did not do a proper treatment to eradicate this best and
the service had absolutely no effect. I previously used Termimix which
spend 2 days for a successful treatment for the same price.   The Orkin
rep only spend 20-20 minutes for $375.  I don't believe the serviceman
knew what he was doing.  I have a 2 story home and proper treatment is to spay the insecticide in the holes and plug the holes.  I offered the service man a 40 f00t extension ladder and he responded he is not allowed to climb a ladder.  
THE SERVICE OF 20 MINUTES FOR $375 ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING!!!!!
If Orkin can not exterminate these pests they should not offer the service.  I have filed a charge dispute with American Express

Overall it went fine. The scheduling was poor, but the work was fine.

I would give them an A+! They did a great job and explained everything very well. They offered very professional service at a very reasonable price and we've not had a problem with termites since then!

They are really good. Orkin Pest Control is much cheaper. First I was going to go with another company, but they are way too expensive. It worked real well. It lasted a good year, but I still have to do my own spraying around the house here and there.

I'm never home because I'm working, but my wife tells me that the same guy has been coming to our household for the last 9 years. Manny does a great job and he's very efficient. He shows up every 2 months or whenever I call them. My wife feels real comfortable with him being in the house.

We haven't had any pest problems, and we've been using them for about two years.

They have been terrific. We deal with Victor and he has been highly responsive. He has always been there when we need him.

I have been using for them thirty-five years. They come every two months. I really like the representative. He is personable and I can trust him. Many times I have left my key for him to provide service while I was working.

He is very professional, polite and on time. I do plan on continuing to use them.

The people who come around are very good but their bookkeeping is lousy. I will use them again in the future.

It always goes well. The Orkin tech comes monthly. One month he sprays outside and the next the service is inside. He always asks if I've had any problems that I didn't call about or if I have concerns. He's made suggestions as he's seen necessary. He's always professional and he's here when he's supposed to be. I've used Orkin for about 14 years now. I tried another service once and wasn't at all happy so went back to Orkin within two months. All the techs I've had here have been excellent and I have no complaints. I had a problem a few years ago with ants and called; they sent my tech out within two days and no more problem! Unless something changes drastically, I'll continue to use Orkin services!

It's been good experience and it has been satisfactory. The pest control guys come on a regular basis. The termite inspectors could be a little more responsive.

The only thing they've done in the last couple of years is come in for an inspection to make sure there are no infestations or anything like that. They seem to know what they are doing. The only time they use the pesticide is when they candid the house and I had gone with my pets for a couple of days that I needed to. I've had no problems with them. I'm still contracted to use them.

They sent a different person each time. They did not get rid of the ants. One of their employees did not finish his work and just walked out.

Treatments seem to have helped and people were professional.

Arrived the morning of the date scheduled. They placed a tent over the entire house and inserted a gas into the tent. Next day they took the tent off our home. As advised they let our house air out for a day and the next afternoon when we went by, a sign on our door saying it was safe to go back in with a designated time. We had the work done in Feb 08 and have not seen any more of the bugs. After the job was completed, the office contacted us to verify that everything went according to the way they advised it would and if we had any problems or issues. The office staff was efficient and cordial and each person that we deal with knew their job well. I would highly recommend this company.

They have had some trouble getting rid of sugar ants. Their price was average, it wasn t high or low. They were very punctual and professional. They weren t at all intrusive, and I would recommend them to everyone.

I was impressed that my technician, Aaron Resse who showed up on time. He treated our home with respect. He treated our home for ghost ants. However, the initial treatment helped, but it did not solve our problem. I called Orkin, since they have a guarantee. They told me they would have Aaron call; and he did within four or five minutes. He told me that he was just finishing a job, and that he would come out right away. He did; I was really impressed. After a couple of weeks, I still had a few ants, so I called again. The same thing, Aaron came out right away, although my monthly service was scheduled about a week away. After this treatment, I have not seen any ants. He was wonderful. The extra treatments were at no charge. I will refer Aaron to all my friends.

ORKIN DOES A GOOD ENOUGH JOB BUT LATELY THEY HAVE BEEN REAL SLOW IN GETTING ANYTHING DONE. I REALLY HAVE TO WONDER ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK. THE ANTS ONLY LEAVE FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE FAST SERVICE CALL I RECEIVED WITH ORKIN. THE SERVICEMAN THAT THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY CONCERNED IN CONTROLLING MY RED ANT PROBLEMS. HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW TO KEEP THEM FROM RETURNING.

THE SERVICE IS RELIABLE AND THE WORKERS DO A GREAT JOB. THE WORK IS DONE PROMPTLY AND I HAVE NO PEST PROBLEMS IN MY HOME. THE WORKERS ARE HONEST AND DO A QUALITY JOB FOR ME.
