Ian picked up my call immediately despite it being late in the day after 4PM. I am located in West Broward in the Ranches and despite having another call in tamarac before me he agreed to come out to my property the same day once there was still light. He gave an estimate and arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Once at the property the service was prompt, courteous and filled with various points of knowledge. He encountered a company specific problem that most locksmiths would charge double for but was able to find a workaround and only charge for one key. This locksmith just straight out provided a level of competency and service you just don't find easily in South Florida anymore. If you have an Auto lock out or lost key situation I would call no other person than Ian...He even got a few dealer calls while at my property so if the dealers use his services you should too. I've chosen to not to focus on price because too many people use cost to hammer good hard working guys who provide great service over the head. We are price sensitive and if this locksmith was middle of the road I would put the cost; however, this guy was top notch and his price was fair considering what the dealer was asking for plus them requiring us to tow the truck there. (Note: The problem Ian found a workaround for is one where Ford requires two keys be programmed to a car or the programming of a new key won't take; he tried to just add the additional key he made but that failed; so, he had to clear out the two old keys that were lost. This limitation is why dealerships and other locksmiths insist on you purchasing two keys but Ian found a way to only do one Key instead of having us purchase two)
