My AC broke down on the long 4th of July weekend, after 3 very frustrating attempts to repair, it was clear my AC had run it's course and needed to be replaced. They made a fair offer, taking into consideration the almost $1000 spent so far to get the old one to work again. After installing on the date and time scheduled, it also became clear I needed new ducts as old where mold infested. All in all, they where transparent, prompt, professional, and I am very happy with new unit.

serviced arrived and tech was more of a car salesman then a/c tech. Before entering my house he was already trying to up sell services.
He assured me my dryer duct would be totally clogged so I did the service for $99, when nothing came out he said he has never seen one so clean. I have UV lights in my handler and he assured me I needed more lights just above my existing lights (10 inches) to do the job properly. My A/C is working great, just wanted to tune up for upcoming summer, and he tells me it needs 8 pounds of freon, at 65 dollars a pound. I told him i would get a second opinion, which I did the pressure and freon were right on the mark nothing needed
only thing he didn't try to sell was a whole new unit.
