A good service for limited exposure to termites.  And just how much exposure do you have?  Good luck figuring that out.  You certainly can't see them through wall.

Eric, a supervisor with the company, came on time and did an extensive search to locate my termite problem. He also was punctual on the scheduled date and completed the work with his assistant in a timely manner. Both were very clean, cordial, polite and professional. When the cable in the attic was accidentally disconnected, Eric made sure to come to repair this in spite of the distance and busy schedule he had on that day. Steven Paige and his company instilled confidence in me that they had much expertise and state of the art equipment regarding all types of termites. I have no doubt that they did an excellent job and I don't anticipate seeing any signs of termites for a long time to come.

It was very effective.  the process was clean and undamaging.  It was done in a few hours.  They also come and inspect once a year.

I had ATM come out last year to treat for subterranean termites. They did a good clean job at a good price. The owner was prompt and professional, as were the men who came to do the work.  I found new termites this year. the owner sent someone to investigate and promptly treated my house again with same professionalism and quality.  It was explained to me that the termites will swarm at this time of year around my Everglades property and most likely the dead ones in the glass door tracks were not invading my home.  No damage to the structure was found or were any termites found swarming inside the structure, but they proceeded to treat the property anyway, at no additional expense to me. It's comforting to find a company that not only stands by their work, but goes out of their way to explain the situation and ease my concerns as a homeowner.  Use ATM with confidence.

I contacted 2 providers. I had used and was satisfied with Alternative Termite Management (ATM) before, but wanted to get other recommendations from another company used by neighbors. The information given me by the other company (in order to convince me to purchase) turned out to be incomplete and non-responsive from the initial (in person in home) sales/inspection contact based on discussions with more knowledgeable agents of that other company.
From the very beginning the representatives from ATM gave me complete information and made a much more thorough investigation with different results and recommendations, but backed up their reports and suggestions with supporting explanations (compared to information given me by the other reps that were not supported when discussed with other agents of the other company).  They were prompt and responsive to my needs given I had an urgent need for treatment to satisfy demands of my homeowners association. They followed up on every question I had before and during treatment with professionalism and courtesy. The price was very reasonable and they provide continuing warranty service, which i have been very satisfied with in the past with no pest (termite) problems for almost a decade using their services.

They were fabulous.  I was very nervous about facing the daunting task of having my house tented, but they did a wonderful job and made the process very easy for me.  I did not have to pack or move anything, and my plants were able to stay where they were without extra protection.  They also advised me of the damage created from the termites and provided a 1 year warrantee for the service.

After the last time they gave up and droped me from their customer list.

The process was completely painless.  They arrived on time and got right to work.  They went thoughout the house, up into the attic, and outside the house.  They special treated several places inside and outside that had visable signs of termites - they were very thorough.  It took approximately 2 1/2 hours and I felt they did a great job.  I haven't seen any signs of termites so far.

I was having issues with drywood termites in my kitchen cabinets. I contacted several termite companies but, decided to go with ATM because they offered an alternative to tenting.... the electric gun. I decided to spray my entire attic and had all my kitchen cabinets treated with the electric gun. Since the treatment, I have had no issue with the cabinets. I'm guessing that I will have to wait until next spring to really know if the treatment was successful.

I had stumbled on an active colony a few weeks earlier on my screened in patio in one of the overhead beams. It appeared they had begun several years ago when a swarm managed to find a way into the patio. I sprayed until thousands died and littered the floor. But I guess I missed a couple. Knowing drywood termites are verrrry slow eaters, I took my time poring over
the reviews on Angie's List. Because tenting was not a viable option, (plants and more plants, dogs. cats, and) being too lazy to even think about all the work  my wife and I would have to do, I needed an alternative solution.
High up on Angie's List, outstanding reviews and a guaranteed alternative solution leapt out at me in the form of  "Alternative Termite Management."
A single phone call to their office, and magically the next day,  Eric, at the appointed time, appeared at my door. After asking some pertinent questions he went into the attic, found the nest, checked the entire attic for any other infestations and found none. The two of us then walked the entire interior of my home. Eric tapping, poking and asking questions. Finding no other issues, we walked the exterior and while there were bad spots found in the facias, Eric assured me they were all water damage.
As we neared the end of his inspection, Eric did notice one localized infestation and noted it.
Since ATM had a small backlog, and my termites were in no hurry to do any more damage, we set an appointment for about 10 days later.
Sure enough, 9 days later I got a confirmation call from Eric. The next day two men, dressed for work , professional in demeanor, arrived 15 minutes early and introduced themselves. Sadly, I've forgotten their names because, as promised, they did an impeccable job, spending over 2 sweaty hours in my attic making sure they did it properly. They followed up by doing the second infestation. No smell, no lingering poison cloud.
Eric, and later the men who did the work, offerred to spray entire the 10' x 40' patio if we removed my wife's dozens of plants for a day or two, at no extra charge. But we took a raincheck because no other insects or infestations were found and, frankly, there's no way short of a hurricane that I'm moving those plants.
Amazingly, their guarantee for the first year was included in the price, as was the free offer to treat any new facia boards I might  install before painting them.
The warranty is renewable yearly at a a very fair price.
All in all every part of the job went perfecly. I don't see how a better job could ever be done.
One last point. Tenting is an immediate fix that kills everything right now. Unfortunately, it leaves no residual protection.
AMT uses chemicals that stay with treated surfaces and lasts for years.

They were terrific.  They were very professional.  They were the only company that provided pest control using natural methods and did not require tenting.  They were very efficient.  We didn’t have to leave our home or put anything away.  There were no health issues.  They were very nice and very professional.

The Service was professionally performed by ATM. The owner described the treatment in detail before we signed up for the service and the 2-man team arrived on time to do the job. It was completed on time and at a reasonable price.

They were able to take care of the problem without making a mess.

We were very happy with them. They do non-tenting so you don't have to leave the comfort of your home for a few days. They do spot treating for the termites instead and do various preventative measures to make sure the termites don't return to the home. The company is able to return each year to make sure the termites don't return. I would definitely recommend them for anyone else in our area.

I live in a townhouse. In order to get my townhouse tented you have to get everyone tented, which I can't do. Alternative Termite will inject individual homes. It seems to be doing an excellent  job. If you see anything they come out within 2 days at the most. Theyu come out, retreat and look around. Their personnel are extremely friendly. I know the regular guy that comes out. They come for one annual and 6 month check up. They are very good. I don't have any problems.

We used them a month ago and then they came back last week. We think we are going to start using them quarterly. It went great and the gentleman that did the service was very nice. They were genuinely concerned about how to fix the problem and finding a solution for our needs. They were a few minutes late.
