Snakeout was hired to perform plumbing repairs and were paid accordingly but after continued issues from and an independent report from the insurance company, the repairs were not done to Florida code and need to be redone. We have called and left numerous messages and sent emails with no response. We would like the job completed correctly according to the insurance report OR a refund of all money paid so that we can pay someone to perform the repairs properly.
