From start to finish, Dmitriy was very attentive, he really listened and understood what we wanted. He gave us an estimate and stayed within that budget. He laid out a timeline for the entire process and tackled each and every stage of the remodel in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience, communication was great, and most of all the end product was above expectations. We will definitely be using New Living Construction for future remodels and or repairs. A++++

Everything was done to our expectation and the remodel was completed quicker than quoted. We are extremely happy with the results. The whole team have certainly done a professional job and we will happily hire them again when the time comes.

We used New Living Construction to remodel two bathrooms and build custom cabinetry for the laundry room. Dmitriy and his team did a wonderful and beautiful job. The team is very professional and very respectful. Dmitriy was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Although the remodel took longer than anticipated due to the pandemic, we stayed in constant communication to get the job done and closed out. The team is also very honest. A mistake was made on the accent tiles; Dmitriy rectified the mistake and absorbed the cost. I would recommend New Living Construction.

I fount New Living thanks to Angie’s List reviews, and I am very happy I did. Dmitry was professional from day one to the end of the project. Very communicative throughout. Job was finished on a timely manner, and tenants were very happy woh the quality and the professionalism of Dmitry and staff. I had to hire several contractors in the Miami area previously, and this was the first time I worked with a company that was professional, reliable and charged reasonable fees.

FANTASTIC!!! Not only did Dmitriy, who is the owner of New Living Construction, do the job for approximately 45% less than the next best competitor, he was able to start almost immediately, which allowed the Mold Remediation Company, Tri County All Restorations, to leave their containment barriers in place until New Living Construction was finished with the plasterboard work and painting, eliminating, for us, the added cost of setting up new containment barriers. I was apprehensive about finding someone to do the reconstruction work, after the Mold Remediation was done, but it could not have gone any better. Dmitriy was completely professional, yet "approachable". Anything that was asked of him, which might have been overlooked by me in the beginning, not realizing the full scope of the reconstruction process, was addressed by Dmitriy, without as much as batting an eye, or in most cases, adding to the price. One of our main concerns was finding new cabinetry to replace the water soaked, two, double, baseboard cabinets, which had to be discarded during the Remediation process, after salvaging doors, drawers and hardware. Dmitriy, who has a cabinet maker on his payroll, took dimensions and in a 24 hour period manufactured two, new,double baseboard cabinets, using new hardware and sophisticated, German, door hinges, that auto close the doors when nudged, without adding extra cost. that looked IDENTICAL to the originals, but were better built than the original cabinets, out of better material. You cannot tell the difference between the old and new cabinets. My wife loved the original cabinets and did not want to replace all kitchen cabinets, so we needed someone who could duplicate those cabinets and Dmitriy and his workers, did a FANTASTIC job. Dmitriy went to the extreme when lining up and installing his newly manufactured kitchen cabinets. THEY AND THEIR INSTALLATION IS PERFECTION PERSONIFIED. After one year's time we had not resolved the Insurance issue, so finding Dmitiry and his company, who gave us the VERY BEST price of anyone, and built the two cabinets, saved us a tremendous amount of our own money. The only way that you can see that there has been reconstruction in all 8 of our affected areas, is that these areas now "OUTSHINE" the rest of our home. Every day after working on our home, his workers, Dmitriy, Eric and Loic, completely cleaned up after themselves, so nothing was required of my wife or myself. I almost felt bad when they were done, because we loved having them around and in short time after they had started, we felt that we were dealing with friends, which we have become since they started and since they finished our reconstruction. Often, when I was doing what I could do to "set up" our home again, I was offered and received help, free of charge, from Dmitriy and his workers. New Living Construction, Inc., in our opinion, is the VERY BEST, AND REASONABLY PRICED COMPANY THAT YOU COULD CHOSE TO HAVE THIS TYPE OF WORK DONE TO YOUR HOME. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, GOD FORBID, SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS TO OUR HOME AGAIN.

New Living Construction did a whole house remodel for me. They were amazing and really took the stress of remodeling away. Everything was very well coordinated and the quality of work was outstanding.

Dmitriy and his team did an amazing job on our bedroom/bathroom remodel and made the process as easy as possible. Dimitriy got a quote to me quickly and was able to commence work working a reasonable period of time after the contract was signed. Not only was the work done well and timely, he also helped me make good decisions about cabinet styles, counter top material, and extra accessories I hadn’t thought of myself. We had our small (40 sq.ft) master bath remodeled. It was demo'd to the studs and rebuilt. Dmitriy and his team were top notch. The new bathroom looks great. Our floors and bedroom were covered to prevent dust infiltration and damage. All the trades arrived as scheduled and performed exceptional work. During our initial consultation, Dmitriy recommended placing a pocket door, which we did. What a great idea! I'd recommend New Living Construction to anyone.

They did a wonderful job, they were very easy to work with. Always responsive, always honest, always clear, always well mannered and upbeat. We think they are terrific!

This is the third bathroom that I have had renovated. This is hands down the best job. It is absolutely beautiful. Dmitriy and his team are all very professional and top notch. Every single person that came out to work on the project ( electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, tile man) all took great pride in their work and paid attention to all the small details. The job requested was not simple, it included removing a tub and putting in a shower, custom cabinets, tile, paint etc and a custom wall unit. Dmitriy is easy to work with and very responsive . I am looking forward to doing the next project with him and his team.

Amazing renovation by Dimitri and his team. On time, honest and always answered any questions we had within a reasonable amount of time. They did a masterful job on our bathroom and we'd absolutely hire them again.

Dmitriy Dain of New Living Construction recently completed my long-awaited kitchen renovation. It was a total gut job, two walls out, relocating plumbing and everything stripped down to studs and rafters. For me one of the most important qualities I value is great communication, and Dmitriy is always extremely responsive. Most texts or phone calls are answered within an hour. He would always let us know when one of his team was going to show up for work. Dmitriy also offered many helpful suggestions on how to handle something that I had not considered, and in a couple of instances when I dug my heels in about how I wanted something done, he found a way to make that happen. Dmitriy’s attention to detail is excellent. Any major reno is going to have hiccups, and we did as well, however if something was not done to Dmitriy’s standards, it was fixed right away. I’ve been enjoying living in my new space for a month or so now and marvel every day at how the reality of my “dream kitchen” has been surpassed. I would highly recommend Dmitriy and New Living Construction when looking for a contractor.

It took probably about two weeks. They had two doing the construction work and then they sent out two painters. I was impressed mostly with the quality of the tile work. Well, when it comes to the scheduling of the work, that was not a problem.

It was the contractor that they had coming out, making certain that he tried to coordinated himself with my schedule. With that being, if you indicate to the person, ?hey, call me when you?re in route, I?m not sitting here waiting for you to just show up!? ?Well, I?m going to be about 10 or 15 minutes away!? When the person doesn?t call and you?ve got something to do, you leave. 

So, he learned after a while, ?oh, I didn?t call her, so she left!? So, he?ll just have to call once he gets here. All he had to do was call and say, ?I?m in route or I have to make a stop, I won?t be there for an hour!? That?s all I asked him to do. That was kind of difficult for that guy to operate that way, but once he learned how to do it, he was okay.

The only problem was the contractor who came to do the actual work, showing up and not contacting me. You don?t want a situation where you thought the guy was going to show up to you at 9 o-clock in the morning and you don?t see him until 11:00. That was the best price I would get. 

After the water and mold remediation was done, Dmitriy started the rebuild of the bottom half of the kitchen which included cabinets, counter tops, plumbing and replacing the dishwasher that was rusted from the water damage, drywall and redoing the bedroom floor. My mother is very happy with the results and says her kitchen looks beautiful. The bedroom came out great too. Dmitriy did a great job.

Everything was great! After comparing 4 companies, we selected New Living Construction because of the positive reviews given by other satisfied customers and the fair estimate we were quoted. Contractor Dmitriy Dain is conscientious in the oversight of his talented team of craftsmen. They take pride in their work and the quality of the upgrades was better than we could have imagined, stylish, and functional. The crew cleaned up each day and helped us arrange things so that we were able to stay in our unit throughout construction. Dmitriy was always accessible and timelines were met with no significant surprises in additional costs. It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend New Living Construction.

Edison was very professional. He was the one who did the work. He made sure to clean up after every day and was very detail oriented. I had other bids for the job, but theirs was extremely thorough. They made sure to include the prices of the materials AND labor so that it was accurate. They also guaranteed their work, unlike the other companies who had bid the job. They came on time and did what they said they would without any surprise charges or unexpected road blocks. I would definitely feel confident hiring them again. The workmanship was very high quality.

"Have I told you that I love my contractor?" was often my opening comment when I called my daughter to report on that day's progress in my remodeling project. She has repeatedly said that she wished that she had known about New Living Construction when she remodeled her home, and was always eager to hear the latest on what an accommodating perfectionist my contractor was.

This was my fourth project with Dmitriy Dain and New Living Construction. I had originally hired his company last fall to remodel a bathroom. I have been so thrilled with the quality of the work and ease of dealing with Dmitriy and his crew that I have continued to hire him for additional projects until now they have remodeled the complete interior of my house. This was not my original intention, but New Living Construction's prices are reasonable, their work is impeccable, and the entire crew is professional, friendly, and experts at what they do.This is a contractor and company who have integrity. An honest and reliable contractor is hard to find, so once I found one, I decided to update my entire house.

This latest project involved removing walls and rearranging my kitchen to create an open floor plan. I knew that I wanted the walls out, but did not know how to reconfigure the kitchen. Dmitriy quickly visualized what I wanted and needed, and created a flowing living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room that makes my house's interior look so much bigger, and created a huge curved island that became the heart of my home.

I had not planned on having custom-built cabinets in the kitchen, but after shopping around I realized that it would not be much more expensive to have New Living Construction custom-build solid cherry wood soft close cabinetry. I am so glad that I decided to have New Living create my cabinets! The quality is remarkable, and there is not one dead corner, nor inch of dead space. They included every insert, pullout, and divider that I could dream of, and created a kitchen that optimizes every inch of space and is so user-friendly.

Dmitriy's crew was prompt, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. I often pulled the "as long as you are here, could you...?" routine, and Dmitriy and his crew never failed to cheerfully go beyond the call of duty to do whatever I asked.

I have to mention again what I have said in other reviews about Dmitriy Dain. Dmitriy is not a contractor that you have to chase around to get answers or go over concerns. He is always available, always patient, and always explains everything every step of the way. Communication is his strong suit. Every phone call, every text message, every email is answered promptly, usually immediately. That accessibility is very appreciated by a client and sets him apart from other providers.

If you are looking for a contractor who you can trust, a really good, honest, and pleasant professional who will meet your remodeling needs beautifully and economically, then hire New Living Construction. You really cannot find anyone better.  

This was my third remodeling project with Dmitriy Dain and New Living Construction. I was so thrilled with the results of the remodeling of my guest bathroom and master bathroom that, although I hadn't planned it, I was inspired to have Dmitriy continue with renovation of my bedrooms, hallway, and closets.

Since I was living in my house while the remodeling was going on and had to have everything removed from all the closets and bedrooms, Dmitriy and his crew did their best to insure that I was comfortable: moving my bed from room to room as work progressed and putting temporary covering on the windows. Removing a popcorn ceiling is messy, and the crew worked as quickly as possible to finish all the bedrooms so I could move back in as soon as possible. The bamboo floor was laid down quickly, and hooks, shelving, and new closet doors were soon available.

As with the first two remodeling projects with New Living Construction, I was impressed and amazed with the professionalism and attention to perfection of Dmitriy and his crew. Every little detail was attended to, the ceiling and wall painting was the best I have ever seen, and I was hard-pressed to find anything that had been overlooked to put on the final punch list. And, as always, Dmitriy and his crew were so pleasant to have around.

I have to mention again what I have said in other reviews: communication is the absolutely best thing about this contractor. Whenever I called, or texted, or emailed, Dmitriy responded promptly, usually immediately. Whenever I had a question, he was accessible. He explained everything that was going to be done each day, which workers would be there, and was patient with all my questions. He kept me informed, and often steered me toward better and less expensive options, which I really appreciated. I had learned to ask his opinion about style and design, and his judgement was always right.

New Living Construction is the only company I would consider hiring for remodeling projects, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Dmitriy Dain as one of the few honest, trustworthy, professional, and reliable contractors around. Be forewarned, though. You might just be inspired to spend more money and hire him for additional projects.
