Owner kept communication channels open, majority of the time I was out of town while work was being done at my parents house. My parents are happy with their new kitchen. I would recommend them.

Worst of the worst quality. Mr. Didier is a scam artist, be aware and stay away from this business. They do not care about you or your project for months after paying the initial payment. They delayed my project months after months. It took them 14 months to finish after following up 100s of times through phone calls, emails, and texts. Mr. Didier has no ethics. He had left open wires and power sockets in my home when he knew I had a 3-year-old running around in my home. We were left without a kitchen for 6 months and we had to eat out every day. Their team failed the city inspections 9 times to make matters worst and every single time Mr. Didier would keep blaming city inspectors and not own his own mistakes and selfish business practices. Money-minded business. They missed out on many things which we agreed upon at the beginning regarding the design of cabinets and the overall project. We had to remind so many things multiple times as if we are the project managers. Really bad management of projects and work. But when it came to money, Mr. Didier would pressure to pay without delivering the work and threaten to stop the project.

Mr. Didler and B&B were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I remodeled my entire kitchen and laudatory room. They were professional and trust worthy. The crew was in my home working while I was not there and NOTHING went missing. The project started and ended as agreed upon. My new kitchen was worth every dollar I spent. In the past I hated cooking as a single man. Now I can't stay out of the kitchen cooking. I am so pleased I plan to have them remodel both of my bathrooms. Thanks B&B

I can’t say enough good things about Didier. The owner and general contractor of remodeling my mater bedroom and master bathroom. Not only did he ‘get’ my style, but his decorating advice was invaluable. His workers were top notch; punctual, respectful, careful, tidy and so diligent. Didier came to observe the work every day. If I wanted something changed , it was done with a smile. I liked his work so much I had him continue to do all the bedrooms and the guest bathroom. The changes are transformative. The work is ahead pf schedule and I believe it will be completed by early next week. I am thrilled and you will be, too. I strongly recommend B&B Home Improvement without any hesitation.

I am a woman, that should say it all in a nutshell. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. They responded to my many requests for additions/changes in the work order without a hint of frustration. Yes, I would definitely recommend them and plan on holding on to their card for future remodeling.

I liked them so much that I hired them to redo the ENTIRE townhouse!!!! My Mother and I felt a very personal connection with the entire crew, from the Designer down to the plumbers & electricians. They even helped me find some things that were wrong that had been happening for awhile that no one else found. Additionally, they were very professional. The crew was always on time, +/- 5 minutes. That was very important to me. They were always happy while they were working and they were as clean as possible throughout the process. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
