Bought Sod for my yard. They were always late or never showed up at all. Terrible lack of communication and just plain uncaring. I had people waiting that I paid to help me sod and they would not show or call. They are terrible and so very unprofessional! Very red neck behavior! Would never recommend them to anyone ever!

We were told by our HOA that we needed to resod. Unfortunately for us, we needed to resod the entire yard. Southern Sod was 15 mins away so we asked for a quote. The gentleman (sorry, I forgot his name) came out to give us an estimate for Bahia sod. He provided two estimates one with labor and the other for just the sod. We were told that 16 pallets would be enough to cover the yard. He even provided us with instructions on how to prepare the yard if we decided to sod ourselves. Taking the cheaper option of sodding ourselves, we ordered eight pallets. They were promptly delivered and we installed them the same day. A month later, we ordered another three pallets which, again, were promptly delivered. We still need another three pallets but that will have to wait until spring. The grass has been great. It established quickly and remained green until the fall months. Some of it has browned with the winter (I'm sure our sandy soil doesn't help). Bahia is a hearty grass so I'm sure that it will bounce back.
