Air Conditioning system was not as cold as it should be. Took it to Johnny's & they got me in, found the freon leak & the problem was solved at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

They gave me 10% of labor and were very honest with me. They also called me several times a day to ask me if they could fix some problem they had found. They didn't try to cheat me. The work they did was fine. Their prices are competitive.

Great. What I liked was the fact that they called me with the price of repair before they did it. And, what I paid was right on to their estimate. And the people were so kind and friendly. We found the garage through Angie's List, we are new to area.

We keep going back because they get us in quickly, usually the same day. Prices are fair, their diagnostics have been accurate, they perform quality work, and the work is completed promptly.

I dropped the vehicle off first thing in the morning. Within an hour, Brian called me back and told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was ready by lunch time. At my request, they also gave me a very reasonable estimate for some other work that needs to be done on the vehicle. Great experience in all respects, and I highly recommend this shop to others.

I had dropped off my car for an oil change and asked about new tires. They promptly checked to see if in stock and when they didn't have it they told me they would order the tires. I asked if I could bring my car back up that Saturday to have the tires put on and they said sure. They called me during the week to let me know the tires were there. On Saturday, I dropped off my car and picked it up a few hours later with 4 brand new Goodyear tires. I have used Johnny's numerous times and never felt like they pressured me or were trying to rip me off. Great company! Will continue to use them.

My fiance' says that the tow truck arrived and there were two guys. One of the guys removed the lug nut that was stuck and then he put all of the lug nuts back on the tire loosely so that he could life the car up on the tow truck. She says the worst part about the whole experience was that she had to sit in the middle of the two guys in the tow truck with no a/c. That was a little bit uncomfortable, especially for a young female. However, she says everyone was friendly. She was waiting in the lobby for about 2 hours. She did not have an appointment and it happened right during the lunch break so the wait was understandable. The lobby is comfortable with a TV and air conditioning. Next door to Johnny's is a restaurant in case you get hungry while you wait. This was our second experience with Johnny's. On my first visit I had an a/c problem with my Hyundai Elantra 04. They diagnosed the issue for free and quoted me at about $900 for a repair. I think the price was reasonable because my dad wanted me to check at the Tuffy shop in Clermont where we normally take our cars. They quoted me a similar price. Well, I sold that car so I never had an opportunity to return to Johnny's. I will most likely use them as my main auto shop while I'm here in Haines City.

I have taken my car there at least a dozen times in the last year. I had them replace my engine with a used part. After installing the first engine, they didn't like the sound of it. They went ahead and replaced it with a different used engine for no additional cost. They are very professional and affordable. If they find there is nothing wrong, they will not charge for the diagnosis. When you wait there for your car to be repaired, there is a restaurant next door that is very good. I have been very impressed with Johnny's Automotive. They have taken great care of me!

It went very well. I have been to this station on two or three occasions .. and each time I am pleased with how I am greeted and within a short period they come up with the problem and an estimate.. which has been on target. They phoned me when it was complete, usually earlier then they said and that was it, simple. I moved here from NY and was nervous about trying to find a new mechanic I could trust... They were the second place I tried and will stay with them. Whatever I have had done the price has been fair.

It was around $450 for the brakes. I was happy with the job because the brakes work. I had checked with two others and the pricing was the same. It was not to the penny but it was within $5. I pass them every day in order to leave my subdivision so they were quite convenient.
