We paid $150.00 on Nov.13 to have your technician direct some sprinkler heads to water our driveway, run 24/7 and program our system to never move past the 1st section. After reporting, we were told you would come back out last week to re-address the issues. It is now Nov 27th and still no resolution or call from you. I hope your customer service isn't this bad for everyone, because I sure won't refer you and I'll make sure all outlets know how you "don't work".

They spent 30-45 minutes to get my system going as a wire had come loose in the control box and to switch several sprinkler heads and test/adjust some. After they left I realized 4 sprinkler heads were still not working and later I observed a significant leak. I have requested them to come back by phone and text repeatedly over a period of 2-3 weeks and every time they agreed but never called back to set up a time. I was willing to pay to do the work necessary to have the system work, but not be charged $145 and have it still not work. Not impressed.

It went smooth.

They come out once a week. They either mow on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. They also service the irrigation system. We would give them an A, we have had them for a long time. They haven't raised their price the  whole time we have had them. We have had them for 7 or 8 years.

Thorough, Fast and Efficient. Came out, dug up the area, assessed the issue, replaced part, tested system and done - 30 minutes in and out. Awesome!

He did a wonderful job. Very nice guy, always gave us a time frame on his arrival. I would recommend him highly.

Everything was great. Very personable showed up in time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Very nice guy as well. Highly recommend.

For lawn work I use Irrigation Tech.  They charge me $55 a month.  They're all A's.  They will also do my irrigation system.  I haven't had do any work on that in some time.  In the past whenever I have ever had any issues, call them and they have been out real prompt and came right out. 

They charge us $50 a month which isn't bad that's why we use them and they do a good job. We have been using them now for 4-5 years. They started with irrigation and they expanded into lawn service.

We would recommend this guy to everyone and have already given our son his information. After the sprinkler install he came out several times to make sure we were happy and all of our questions answered. This was our first sprinkler installation and my husband had many questions and Robert never got impatient with us. Like I said we would call him for the littlest problems or questions and he was very good at helping us out and we would recommend to family and friends.
