First the "pro" came on his own to lift a 100-pound + TV off the wall, which was impossible, so I had to help (I am a disabled vet). He then totally disassembled the TV. Did a few tests and indicated the TV was not repairable (a new TV that worked but had a dark area after a power surge). He spoke very little English and I told him I needed a statement that the TV was not repairable as I have surge insurance which will reimburse me for the cost of service and or replacement. He indicated that Agie was responsible for that and left, with my TV in pieces all over my dining area. He then collected his tools and left. So now I have no TV and am still waiting to hear from Angi about the repair statement.
