Shawn was outstanding. He kept me informed of the project every step of the way. He was flexible and accommodating in every sense of the word. He and his cleaning crew were extremely polite and professional towards my elderly parents as I was not able to be present for the project. They were impressed with the final product. I am comfortable with a high recommendation for this company and will definitely use again if the need arises.

The man showed up without calling with no ID in an unmarked van with a girl who looked like she was on drugs. The man had a stinky oder. When I took the carpet out it didn't even look like it had been cleaned as dirt came off.

I have been looking for someone to not only clean but to "wash" my area rugs. Shawn was not happy on his first try , so he kept the rugs until he was satisfied. Some of the stains had been on the rugs for awhile and he told me that they may not be perfectly removed. I appreciated his upfront honesty.

My rugs were probably too far gone to get the deep stains out. They worked hard on them and I'm satisfied of their effort. Still disappointed with the result though.
